REFUNDS:
Refunds will only be negotiated if there is an error with your product due to a fault of my own.
If you are unhappy with what you have received, please don't hesitate to message me or email me at info@adrianne.co.uk within seven days of delivery.
Returns after this time will be politely declined.
In most cases a fix or replacement of item will be offered before refund will be discussed.
PLEASE READ care details below before requesting a return. As no compensation will be given to items damages when advice has not been followed.
CARE DETAILS:
1. Avoid contact between perfume and your jewellery. Perfume can cause a reaction causing the plating to tarnish and could eventually break.
2. Don't wear your jewellery in bed, shower or bath!
3. Please not that the pieces are costume jewellery and are delicate. Please note that they are for occasional wear and are not made for daily wear and tear.
4. Brass can be polished using Brasso.
Specific to my Pretty Poppet Range
5. My childrens range must be given responsibly my jewellery is not designed for young children as they contain small parts.
6. Pieces are not a toy
7. Designed for occasional wear, and will break if not taken care of.
